Malik received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Washington and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. While at Brooklyn Law School, Malik was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and founded the Brooklyn Real Estate Society. Malik is admitted to the New York State bar, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
